About Brad Alden

Brad Alden, a seasoned singer-songwriter, worship leader and business owner from Los Angeles, is currently the Worship Director at Coastline Community Church pastored by Jason Byars in Indian Harbour Beach Florida. Brad began playing guitar and singing at thirteen years old. Pulling inspiration from his childhood listening to a diverse mix of 70s Rock, Motown, R&B, Hard Rock, Classic Rock, and Pop, his first experience playing on stage was with one of his older brothers in a cover band at age fourteen. Since then, he’s devoted his life to music.

Alden moved to Los Angeles after years playing in bars with different bands and attended Musicians Institute (MI) where he continued to pursue his passion. After moving to LA, Brad became immersed in the Hollywood party scene, which led to drug addiction and a near-death experience.

After becoming a father in his twenties, Alden left the music scene and moved to New York City entering the fashion industry to support his growing family. The similarities between the creative input and output of music and fashion were something he felt a close connection towards, and as a result, his career quickly flourished.

After seven years away from making music, Alden realized that corporate life, money, and prestige weren’t fulfilling him and moved back to California to pursue music yet again. Soon thereafter, he hit rock bottom losing his wife and children in a bitter divorce. To cope with the loss, his brother suggested he attend a church and, from that day on, his life was forever changed.

For five years, Alden served on the worship team at Angelus Temple in Los Angeles under Pastor Matthew Barnett. His first worship album, Audience of One, was released in 2013, the same year he met Danielle Mowry, who would become his wife.
After marrying Danielle in 2014, the husband and wife duo started their own denim supply company, Artisan Cloth Inc and have since led worship together almost every weekend nationwide and internationally. In 2017, Alden released Would You Believe, a radio single that reached the Top 20 in Christian & Gospel, and in 2018 he released Lord of All featuring Danielle to wide acclaim. In the fall of 2019, Alden released a three-track EP titled New Soul featuring Danielle and guitarist, Tyler Logan. In 2022, the single All that I Long For was released, and in May of 2023, Alden releases a heavy-hitter Awake the Soul in Me featuring Danielle, Tyler Logan, and special guests London-based Worship Artist Noel Robinson and Bethel Music Artist John Wilds.
